- Important – Dates for Senior Portraits:
- Unlike 9th, 10th or 11th grade, there is no portrait day for seniors. Senior portraits will be taken using Legacy Studios. Please schedule a convenient time during July, August, September, or October to have your senior portrait taken. Legacy Studios will offer the July and August dates online first, and then open the September and October dates when school starts. Book early so there will be time for a retake if you would like one.
2027 CCHS Senior Portraits Schedule
- Please click on this link (to be added in June) to view the session options and yearbook guidelines. You would then select the session level and pay the sit fee. The calendar will open to select a date and time that works best for you. A welcome email will be sent and then reminders thereafter. If the appointment needs to be rescheduled, you must do so 12 hours prior to your appointment time. There is a rescheduling button as the site is very user-friendly. There is also a button for FAQ's so the site will help with any pre-sit question that you may have.
- The session will consist of a formal portrait (a drape or tuxedo pose) and an informal portrait (a cap and gown pose). All senior portraits will be taken by Legacy Studios and no outside photography will be allowed. If anyone needs assistance, Customer Care can be reached at customercare@legacystudios.
com. - You or your student will need to schedule your appointment for the senior portrait.
- CCHS does not schedule any senior portrait photography.
- Senior Group Informals and Senior 2-7 photo: 9/24/26 (9/25/26 rain date)
- The 2-7 photo and bleachers photo will be taken on the football field in the morning and the Senior Group Informals on the front grassy area during community lunch.
- Formal and Informal Pose Selections (to be printed in the yearbook): Selections due by 11/20/26 (NO LATE SUBMISSIONS)
- Portrait selections should be done either at the time of the photo session or online at the Legacy website using the link Legacy sends to the email that was given during the photo session.
- Senior Quotes: due by 10/24/26
- A google form will be sent to your school email. When the google form is sent out, please be sure to read the instructions thoroughly, so that your quote will be approved for the yearbook. If your quote does not follow the guidelines, you will not see it printed in the yearbook.
- Senior Superlatives: Voting will take place via Google Form in December. A link will be sent to your school email.
- Remember When Pictures: due by 1/5/27
- These are pictures of only your senior taken from infancy through middle school. Group photos are discouraged due to privacy rights. Note: it is not guaranteed that these photos will appear in the yearbook, as we receive hundreds of photos for this section. A link where you can upload them directly to the Jostens website will be shared via email in the Fall.
- Senior Recognition Ads: due by 1/31/27
- This is the section of the yearbooks where families can include a message and pictures of their graduating seniors. These ads are guaranteed to be featured in the yearbook. Ad forms and pricing can be found on the Jostens website and in the Class of 2027 Google Classroom.
- All updated Yearbook information can be found on Parent Square or in the Class of 2027 Google Classroom.
