Parent Teacher Conferences
General Information
In order to make the process as convenient as possible, we will once again be using PTCFast.com to manage signups for parents. Please check back for updated information on when parents may begin signing up for conferences.
The conference home page is separated by teacher (Last name, First name) with the course subject following in parentheses. EXAMPLE: Wilhelm, Kathryn (English). It should be noted that parents of students in co-teach classes will only meet with the individual teacher you schedule a conference with. If you wish to meet with both teachers, you will need to schedule conference time with each teacher.
Conferences may be conducted in-person or via the phone, depending on the parent’s availability and preference. If you are requesting a conference to be held via phone, please contact your child’s teacher to confirm that after signing up on PTCFast.com.
Please note that conference spots are limited; however reaching out to your child’s teacher or counselor throughout the year to discuss progress is always encouraged.
